Your perceptions, expectations and your final satisfaction rate

Hello,

My name is Libby, I am currently doing my Independent Studies at University. If you could have a look at the attached questionnaire, and then if you would like to be part of my research then post back on here, or email me at libby_antonic@hotmail.co.uk, then I can forward the research proposal, consent form and questionnaire.
Unfortunately this research is for people 18 or over.
My amibitions for after university, is to start up my own diving shop/tours, and I feel this research will benefit me, or other companies I work for, as it looks into what divers want and expect, and what actually satisfied you with the trip. I can also make reccomendations for companies on how to improve their market and products.

I suggest that you make use of one of the many free online survey tools (eg Survey Pirate (http://www.surveypirate.co.uk)) rather than expecting people to email you a document. This looks too much like an attempt to harvest email addresses and demographic data to the cynics amongst us.

I have tried numerous survey sites, but due to the amount of questions on there, it wont allow me to submit it to the site.
Thank you for comment (I didn't look at in that way, and totally understand where you are coming from!), I will look into more ways.

OK...I stopped at question 3, you need to put more thought into this if you want people to play ball.

Q1 are you male or female... fair enough
Q2 age bracket..... again, reasonable
Q3 to which dive site did you visit..... bit random don't you think..


Edit, also on the which qual do you hold page you have only listed PADI qualifications

Edit2 ..Ok tried again, could you explain what you are trying to get at with this question "Was the publicity at the dive site as you imagined?"

Also a previous question, did you use a local dive operation..... well of course, who else could you use?

Sorry but we get a lot of these questionnaires and if you want to get the info you require you need to rethink this one, it is all over the place and some questions are, to be frank, a bit daft, use these notes constructively and you might get there

got to agree... very very wishy washy.... i can see where its targetted, but its setup as a questionaire to be handed to divers at the end of their holiday... not asking a bunch of mad keen divers, who dive most weekends what they look for in a diving holiday!!!

I'd say its suitable for an "end of trip" QA, but not a "Hi, can you help me fill this in" form on the internet :-)
