TraceyYou'll need the following to dive:

BSAC membership £50 (£45 by Direct Debit)
Club membership £varies with the club- you need to ask
OD training pack £35

Often clubs have a load of training kit you can use before you have to buy your own- if you contact the local region they should be able to help you with where the local clubs are and what they're like.

A member of the club myself, and having experience several already in various forms i still tate Hartlepool as a good and interesting club.

Have a clubhouse, 2 RHIBS, several instructors and very very near to the sea as well as nitrox/air compressors.
