Well as i have crossed over to BSAC i figured it about time i crossed over onto there forum too :)
Nice to see so many familiar names :)

For those that dont know me...in this life I am an AD with some 300 dives or so, Im with Bradford Uni SAC but by the grace of god live in Wigan (would of been better if it were by the sea... but least we have a pier)
I am looking at going for FCD so any mentors / buddies / help will be gratefully accepted.

Cannot mentor you for FCD as I made 2nd Class Diver which equates to BSAC Advanced in new money these days in 1973. Done a few things in between now and then tho ;)

I did my FCD 2008/09. I will be more than happy to give you any help I can. PM me with contact details. It is definitely so much easier with help.

As you are in Yorkshire why not also talk to the regional coach. The team over there has plenty of experience and I am sure will be very supportive.

Im not in yorkshire im in Lancs, the uni club is a convenience thing.... though it does mean i miss out on club nights... but as most of the club diving is done at Ecci its easy to meet up and catch up...there is also alot of email and telephone convos so no biggi :)
