I have just spent a very enjoyable day diving at ''therez'',in between Stoke and Leek in Staffs. It is a 40mx20m underground rez with friendly people running it. You have to book,but if you want to dive in total darkness then its fantastic.

Well this may sound feeble,but its only two meters deep. However,it is totally dark,and excellent for line laying skills,finding your way back etc. Totally safe,well as much as it can ever be,and novel. Well worth a visit.
