Cylinder handle, fits most cylinders!
A used, Spiro cylinder handle. Can be fitted to cylinder without removing valve but you'll need a hairdrier, (or, for the 'less hairy' on here, a heat gun just to warm the plastic slightly) - only takes around 5 minutes as fitted another one of these for a friend recently.
