Morning all. Talking to a guy the other day and he was telling me about the straights. Sounded fantastic so am looking to set up a drift for our club. I know nothing about the place only general location so am looking for all the information I can get. I.e launch sites, fills, car parking, tides also what dives are availible. Drift, shallow, wreck? As I said any info any of
you could supply would be much apreciated. Thanks in advance

The one dive centre that I know and trust in the area is Anglesey Divers. The boss is a chap called Martin Sampson who I believe is BSAC National Instructor. (I know he's a fine service technician and you can post your regs in for servicing). He should be able to point you in the right direction and probably provide good onsite logistics too.

If it's a manic drift dive you are after, head north and try the Falls of Lora. The book says 'not for the faint hearted' and the book does NOT lie!
