Missing Shotline!!

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone is planning on diving the Betsy Anna out of Swanage in the next week. My club (University of London SAC) were there this weekend and yesterday our shot got snagged on something whilst it was being lifted so it's stuck there and we really need it back! We also lost a shot on the Betsy about 3 weeks ago.

A few weeks ago a Uni Dive club asked if we had any divers still to go down on the Betsy Anna. We did, and they asked us to send up their shot as it had got stuck.

So we descended their shot line and sent theirs up, but, you've guessed it, our shot got stuck in the wreck and we had to cut the buoy off.

So if you do find a shot on the Betsy, (a 15kg lift weight - rectangular with a handle) then stick a stamp on it and put it in your nearest postbox.
