Is the Moldavia a hard boat dive or can it be safely dived from a single outboard engined rib with standard 20watt vhf radio, range approx 15 miles.
Seeing as it's 24 miles out from Littlehampton, you would
be struggling. Takes 3hrs by hardboat and 1.5 by fast RIB.
