Hi,

I own an Aladin Ultra Pro and I'm about to embark upon decompression dives on air, with more experienced divers using their own computers.
Does anybody know if the Aladin Ultra Pro takes into account multiple dives in one day? So if dive 1 involved some mandatory deco stops, does the Aladin take into account the destaturation in the surface interval, and starts dive 2 knowing I am not compleately destaturated?
It does have a "no fly" time, so I would imagine so, but I cannot find it stated in the manual, or anywhere on the web.

Also, do you know if there are instructions somewhere to access the Aladin's log book by PC?

Thanks,
Mark.

Hi Mark,
Yes, that what a dive computer does. Providing it has been on your wrist during your dives, and no-one else has used it, it models what is happening to your tissues and restricts your depth/time accordingly.

You can buy the Uwatec memomouse to download your dives onto your pc (maybe look on ebay) or you can make or pay for a simple interface. See <a href="http://www.muenster.de/~matthias/aladin/indexe.htm" >http://www.muenster.de/~matthias/aladin/indexe.htm</a> The last one I made cost me about 7 quid. You will need to use the Wlog
program on your pc available on a free trial from <a href="http://www.wlog.de/index_uk.htm" >http://www.wlog.de/index_uk.htm</a>
