There are quite a few good ones depending on what level of information and what budget you are looking at but I can recommend 'Marine Fish and Invertebrates of Northern Europe' by Frank Emil Moen & Erling Svensen and Great British Marine Animals by Paul Naylor which are both available from the BSAC shop. These are both quite detailed and informative containing information about habitats as well as species.
The Marine Conservation Society field guides are very good too with easy to follow formats detailing the most common species.
I have put a couple of links in below to these sites.

Most of the ID books tend to only have a couple of pages at the back dedicated to fish. If it?s the fish you?re interested in then go for
British Sea Fishes, Francis Dipper, ISBN: 0946020310
Amazon.co.uk don't seem to have any copies but its available from a few of the online diving stores.
A good general marine life guide which covers a huge number of species is
Photographic Guide to Sea and Shore Life of Britain and North-west Europe (Oxford Natural History), Ray Gibson, et al. ISBN: 0198507097
And it only costs ?11 for Amazon.
