Info required playa blanca lanzarote

Hi guys. Sorry for this repost but think it was deleted by a mod this morning. Not sure why. I'm traveling to blaya blanca lanzarote and am thinking about hiring a cylinder. This is so I can shore dive off the hotels beac every morning before the non divers get out of bed and don't have to spend te day on a boat away from them. Staying in flamingo beach hotel in playa blanca. Does anyone know if/where cylinder could be hired for the duration
of my stay. Thanks in advance

You will be wanting weights too ;)

Any dive shop will have what you need, why not E mail a few before you go.

I stayed in Puerto Del Carmen and hired tanks and weights from safari.

Thanks for the replys. Weights never crossed my mind for some reason lol. As far as the mentioned dive centre, I have emailed them and had a reply. Was advised that they were not able to offer cylinder hire but would be able to take us out on boats. This is not what I am looking for As mention in the OP. I just want to do a diaily shore dive. Any ideas on other dive centre around playa blanca?? I have looked online but only found 2. Havnt had a reply back from
the other one yet.

TBH you'll probably have a lot more fun doing a boat dive with the local dive shop than trying to find anything doing a shore dive from the same place every day... it won't take long either, you'll probably be gone for an hour/hour and a half, or so.

A lot of places are reluctant to just hire out cylinders to people doing random unescorted shore dives due to liability issues - so unless you/your buddy is an instructor or knows the area well, they'd be wary of hiring out kit to you!

I know where your comin from about diving from the boat. My branch is costal with 2 ribs lotslot of our diving is boat diving. I just like the idea of being able to dive if/when I want. Say we come back from an excursion and. Have 10 mins then we could go for a dip then or first thing in a morning before everyone else is up. With the boats your restricted to dive when the shop say.
