I hope I got the right forum. This may be a silly question but I have only ever used my regs for air, my Husband wants to borrow them for Nitrox diving he says it's OK - is it?
Thks

Hehe, nice to see you trust your husband :o\ And yes they should be fine - there's a couple of potential problems, but they're a little disputed anyway. If your regs are titanium, or he's using Nitrox above 40% then its *recommended* that you get special regs, but i'd have thought that both of those are unlikely.
Anyway, if you don't let him borrow yours, he'll want to buy his own instead! :o)

Hi Lorraine
1. If he intends to dive on Nitrox - with a mix of less than 40%, then he should be OK
2. If he intends to use them for deco - with a mix of greater than 40%, then "depends":
- Some regs are OK from the outset, but probably would have been bought with deco in mind
- Some/most regs can be converted
- Some regs can't be converted
If you have any doubt, then ask your local dive shop / check the original info that came with the regs
