Just a quick plug for a branch talk taking place at High Wycombe (www.wycombesubaqua.com) on June 1st.
We have Gareth Lock (www.imagesoflife.co.uk) coming along to give a talk on incident analysis, risk management and how methods used in the aviation industry can be applied to scuba diving to help prevent accidents.
This is similar to the talk he gave at DiverSE'10 (and will be giving at Eurotek'10), and will hopefully prove to be both educational and interesting for all.
Useful info:
Event is at Wycombe Marsh Royal British Legion (Cock Lane, High Wycombe)
Doors open from 20:30, with talk starting at 21:00
Bar available all evening
Will be looking for donations to the RNLI on the door
Open to all
A pm to express interest would be handy, but not essential - you can turn up on the night unannounced.
