30 min dive great vis !!! did i enjoy it..well i think its something to do once just for the novelty factor if nothing else.

Just for interest, we publish dive reports on our site so as to keep them in one accessible place for all divers to visit. Linking from a forum is great "in the moment" but in 6 months time when someone wants to know about diving at SETT it will be hard to find! We also pay authors a £15 BSAC Shop voucher as a thank you for sending us their report. We don't care if its been published somewhere else.


So......

Don't know if you 've got a few reports but if you email them to me I will be very happy to publish. Please send text as a .txt or Word file and pictures in jpg format. See the above link for all our current reports.

Click on Allie's name next to her post and you'll see a link to view her public profile, and you should be able to either PM (private message) or email her from there.

Alison may have set her account up so she will not accept e-mail from forum users (but I'm not sure why it still shows a link to her e-mail in her profile - we'll take a look at this). Try sending her a PM instead.

If your PM didn't work either then maybe you have disabled personal messages in your "user CP options" - I just checked and I can send Allie a PM (in fact she sent me one yesterday).

Take a look in your User CP -> Edit Options. In the "Messages & Notification" section make sure the tick box next to the "Enable Private Messaging" is ticked.

When you have PM turned on it should be as easy as clicking on Allie's name ("Alison Boler") in her post above and selecting the second item in the drop donw menu - "Send a personal mesage to Alison Boler".

If that still doesn't work let me know.

ps - Originally the PM's were called Private Messages, but we changed the name to Personal Messages (to make it a bit more friendly). In some places you may see them called Private Messages and in others they are called Personal Messages. Don't worry, they are the same thing we have just missed some of them in our rush to get the forums going but we're still working on it.

yeah i was'nt going to do it again...but it seems to have whipped up some interest.....so andark have asked me if i want to dive it again next may.......mind you im only going for the saturday night out before the dive.....yeah it was good fun.
