Take a Nitrox Course!

Anyone supplying that info without the rest of the stuff that goes with it is not fully considering the safety of the people they are giving it to!

BSAC nitrox courses do not consider EAD - so if you REALLY need that info take someone else's Nitrox course. Instructors on that course will explain to you what it is all about and how to use it safely.

I agree with John, take the course. However if you want to do some research before doing the course then two mouse clicks gets you to the answers on the web eg.

If you do the TDI Nitrox course (as I did) they usually give you the manual a few weeks before hand to allow you to be prepared in advance.

I do not understand why you would ask the question on this forum and expect a detailed answer. Has no one shown you how to use a search engine?

The same should be true of the BSAC Nitrox courses. We send out the packs, manuals and tables before the course so everyone has a chance to "read up" and get the most out of the theory day
