Hi,

Just started diving with my local branch and I've got my first sea shore dive on Saturday in St Brides Haven in West Wales. Problem is we're still doing pool sessions on Tuesday nights, and Days in Swansea where I usually get my air filled is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so I need to fill my cylinders up either Sunday or Monday. The only places I can find on the net are miles away from where my parents caravan is in Lawreny, just outside Haverfood West. Are there any in the Tenby/Saundersfood area. I've found Dive Pembrokshire UK, but their site doesn't say when they're open. My instructror said they do fills near to where were diving, but depending on what time we finish our dives on Saturday it may be closed, so just looking for a back up plan. If anyone knows of any others between West Wales and Bridgend (apart from Days) that would be great.

Thanks and Im looking forward to hanging around the forum looking for tips and advice.

Gareth,

Give West Wales Dive Centre a call they are located at Hasguard Cross. Contact number is 01437 781457 or 07813 174707. They do fills by appointment only.

I think someone posted a while ago to say that they've opened the shop up again, so you don't need to ring to get your tanks filled - but I might be making that up! If you get in touch, could you let us know what the current deal is?

Thanks,

G

last time I was there was last summer, and the shop was open for business as usual and air fills were no problem!

I was told today that there is a place just opened in Neyland doing air refills, but they didn't know exactly where. Anyone heard of it?

Re West Wales Divers it is closed as a shop. My club used to keep their boat there but had to relocate when they closed down.
