Hi All
We?re not having a good time of it recently. Due to several different problems that all cascaded together we had some email problems at HQ yesterday (Tues) afternoon through to about midday today. Email was getting into us at HQ but nothing was getting out again.
If you sent emails to any of our relay addresses (like <a href="mailto:keith.lawrence@bsac.com">keith.lawrence@bsac.com</a>) then they may not have been delivered. Emails to HQ would have got through, but if HQ tried to email you back then it may not have gone out, I?ve asked HQ to re-send anything important from that period.
It?s all fixed now, we?ve plugged all of the holes and fixed all of the problems, what happened yesterday and today can?t happen again. It was a completely different problem to last weeks, we?ve plugged all of the holes in that one as well. However ? I think that our email system is having a laugh, it seems to be picking ever more devious ways of failing to challenge me and my team! It hasn?t beaten us yet, we?ve managed to get it back in its cage within a few hours each time, but I dread to think what it will come up with next :-(
