i dived the pier yesterday and I was a little shocked at the state of the pier, especially the amount of apparent new debris.
I found this today: http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?gid=379531155999&ref=search&sid=519314272.2816329964..1
It's a Facebook group petitioning Gwynned Council to 'do something' about the state of the pier beyond just closing it off. As there are quite a few of us who have dived and enjoyed the pier; I thought I would join the group ask any Facebook members that feel the same way to join the group. Who knows, something might come of it if there is enough backing............
