Dear Divers,
I am the new ?Seasearch? organiser for the north- east Scotland. Seasearch is a project for recreational divers who want to help the marine environment by collecting information about the marine habitats they see on dives.
There will be a one-day Seasearch Observer Course running in Stonehaven on the 19th February for everybody who would like to learn how to be a Seasearcher. The course will be at the Marine Rescue Institute. Weather permitting, we will do some practice Seasearch dives on the Sunday.
I will be giving a talk about Seasearch at the end of January at Aberdeen University. I would very much like to give a talk to your club as well if possible or I could come and give you some leaflets and talk to your members at one of your club nights.
Please forward this email on to anyone who might be interested and don?t hesitate to ask me any questions.
Best Wishes and a happy new year,
Marion
