BSAC.COM Email Problems (Sun 12th Dec)

Hi All

A problem with BSAC email appeared over the weekend, if you try emailing any @bsac.com address you may get an error similar to the following ?

I was not able to deliver your message to the following addresses.

80.229.39.169 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 571 <a href="mailto:keith.lawrence@bsac.com">keith.lawrence@bsac.com</a> prohibited. We do not relay

At present email is NOT getting through to the BSAC.

We have asked MessageLabs to make some changes that will fix this problem, we are just waiting for their systems to update, that will be within the next 24 hours at the very latest.

Hi All

A permanent fix for this problem has now been applied, bsac.com email is now flowing normally again as of around 21:30 this evening (Sun). Please note that emails sent to @bsac.com email addresses over the past 24 hours or so have probably been lost, especially if you saw the error message that I mentioned. Please re-send anything that you suspect may not have got through, it will go through this time.
