I dived HMAS Swan around 6 weeks ago with Cape Dive, very well run, professional outfit. The Swan was purpose sunk as an artificial reef around 7 years ago so fairly well established. Good vis at around 20m, water temp was only 18C though and they only rent 5mm 2-piece semi's. Dive time is only around 35 mins but with the water temp that was about right.

Wholly concur. We dived with Cape Dive a few months back - they seemed more trustworthy and professional than their competitors in nearby Busselton. They also offered a much better discount for us having some of our own kit. They also have some good ex-school stuff for sale.
As to the dive, we showed them our BSAC qualifications and they asked us if we wanted to go off on our own (which we did) but gave us all a very in depth (if anything, OTT) brief.
We also dived the HMAS Perth in Albany - it's only been under a few years, so the life isn't as spectacular and it's a bit cooler in the water. We dived with Albany Scuba Diving Academy - again they appreciated BSAC qualifications and we spent two great dives on the wreck on our own.
