Does anyone have any contact details for them other than the 0844 number on the website? I cannot get hold of them to chase an order for a wide-angle lens, it's been two weeks without any communication, I don't even know if they have it in stock and my account just says the order is "downloaded". No email address, and the 0844 number just puts you on hold seemingly forever. I cannot spend my working day sat on the phone for hours on end....

Google gives a number of 0117 929 0435
Yell.com gives 0845 6521313
They've been pretty good when I've used them in the past

Thanks... though I probably should have mentioned, the 0117 just rings out and the 0845 one has the same hold issues as the 0844 one :(

I found them to be completely useless to be honest. Loads of bad stuff written on the net about them.
I tried the number on the saynoto0870 web site. Just rang out. I reckon they do it deliberatly tbh.
I had a major rant at the bloke about their inability to answer the phone and their costly 0870 phone numbers. He didn't seem to give a s@&t.

Write or e-mail them with your complaint, but cc in the local Trading Standards office. That may get a result.

And include in the letter the phrase "I am now making time of the essence of this contract" and give them a dead-line to fulfil the order.
Including that phrase means the delivery date is a term of the contract of sale and if they break it you can repudiate the contract without penalty[1]. If you don't include it them delivery time is considered to be a minor detail which does not invalidate the entire sale if it is not complied with[2].
1 - technically they have already broken the contract so there is no need to cancel.
2 - you would be entitled to damages but not to repudiate.
