Hi my name is Colin,I,ve not long been diving and come up with a problem which some one out there might be able to help me with.
I,m long and short sighted, I cant use contacts, and I cant use masks with lense fitted inside,so the only thing left is a mask that is fitted with lenses laminated togeather.I have been waiting for one to made for over 3 months and still waiting, do any one no of any company who can produce a mask like this,until I can find one I,m stuck on land so if you can help please let me no.

If you are on good terms with your optician talk to him or her. They might be able to help you as mine helped me.

Hi, If you want a prescription Mask, call Bare. We order in mask for people all the time from them with a prescription and its NOT ridiculously expencive... here is the link for there websight.

I can understand that some people, myself included, don't get on with contacts, but the above nevertheless begs a question, two actually:
1) Why?
2) What is the difference between a mask with a lens fitted inside, presumably glued, as against "a mask that is fitted with lenses laminated togeather."?
Actually I'm also at a bit of a loss about "lenses laminated togeather" (sic).
This post strikes me as distinctly odd, but I'm as always happy to be proved wrong.
