just a quick and simple queery about air in the scottish highlands, i regularly dive in the highlands, but find the area's that i can practically visit are limited by the nearest air source, so could people start listing compressors in remote area's. i expect local clubs to have a better idea than anyone else, so thought that a forum would be a good place to ask!!

Indeed there are several clubs with compressors in parts of the highlands and islands. The best way to dive (open circuit) around the highlands, however, is with a portable compressor. If there is a group of you diving regularly, then a group purchase may well be a very sensible idea!! Just add petrol.

Tim, at present there is a drive to update the information on the BSAC travel club website with this type of information. Uk information is a bit thin on the ground at present but is being updated and added to constantly. Hopefully in time this info will be available.
