Revise your BH course notes, practice the course specified in your (RYA)logbook and look into the Assessor Notes on BSAC Instructor Resource Centre, under "Information" on the front page.

If you're unsure about buoys, IRPCS, etc try the e-Learning package on the RNLI site, URL below.
