PADI -BSAC Instructor conversion.

We have just had a new member who has a PADI instructor certificate and experience instructing in the red sea.
I've read that there is no direct transfer to BSAC instructor. What's his next step if he wants to get qualified as a BSAC instructor?
The club really needs a keen instructor at the moment..

Your new member will need to do the IFC and log 12 hours instructing. See the link below.regards,
