I have got most of my major kit now except a cyclinder, I normally use a club 12 litre tank on dives. I want to get more bottom time out of my dives and I was wondering if I should get a 15 litre tank or not. Thank you in advance.

Assuming you are new to diving it is fair to say your breathing {SAC} rate will be high. With experience, the more you relax, the better your in water trim, the more you refine your weights so you are not carrying more than you need, all these factors will lead to a better SAC and longer bottom times.
Stick to the twelve for now, give it 50 dives, see if things improve, if not, go for a 15...
If my assumption is wrong and you are not new, then ignore all the above because you already know that and get a rebreather ;)

If you're a reasonably big bloke then why not get a 15, you won't notice the extra weight but may appreciate the extra gas.
<alternatively to use the classic internet response to cylinder size questions get a twin set :D >

What he says is what we tell the new members in the branch.
