Filling of O2 D type cylinders

Can anyone tell me what qualifications are required to get an O2 fill in an emergency d type O2 cylinder? Where is it documented?

The scenario is a diver who is not O2 trained taking someone elses equipment for a fill.

Don't know if it is - certainly most places don't seem to follow it (as they all have different requirements). Some will fill any tank as long as you say its for an O2 kit, others will fill anything for anyone as long as it has the medical-type connection, and some want a diving qualification for 100% O2 before you can get any O2, for whatever purpose, just in case you try to go diving on it.

Best to just ask the places you need to go to - they'll all be different.
