pls recommend a book on freediving/breath holding

Dear colleagues, could you please recommend a book on developing freeding/breath holding skills ? I am interested in just the minimal amount of medical theory and main focus needs to be on practical aspects such as healthy diet, exercises at the surface and in the pool, etc. Sort of a practical guide.

Probably the best place for you to seek information about Free Diving would be Deeper Blue.net http://www.deeperblue.com/ They're a forum more focused to this niche area of diving, and I suspect they could recommend a large batch of books on this subject.
