Hello All,
i am looking for a website which details the HSE Diving at work regulation.
Our Branch may getting involved in some activities where the regulations are applied so we need to read up on them.

The HSE Book is out of stock at Amazon and the shipping fees to us are more expensive that the booklet so I thought that someone may have posted the 27 page of information somewhere on the net.

Any indications on where to find it is very much appreciated.

Thanks

Khaled

Khaled,

the text of the Diving at Work Regulations 1997 is available online on the HMSO site:
<a href="http://www.legislation.hmso.gov.uk/si/si1997/97277601.htm" >http://www.legislation.hmso.gov.uk/si/si1997/97277601.htm</a>

You should also look at the relevant Approved Code of Practice. The ACoPs are not available online, but are listed here with ordering information:

I paid about 20 quid for a copy 2 years ago. I suggest you buy online (to a UK address) & ask your family to send it at 'printed paper' rate via the post office.

Have you considered asking DDRC? (they may have some copies for sale/know where to get them)
