Just a quick post to give AP Valves another mention.

I sent my Buddy Commando to them last Tuesday as the inner bag had split.

It arrived back this morning (08:10, Monday), with a new bag and the AP200 serviced. (It arrived with them Wed and they shipped it out Friday!)

I bought this commando in 1992, yes 12 years ago and it has been "bullet-proof".

How much did AP Valves charge me for this fantastic service....

......absolutely NOTHING.

I have always known what their Service Department was like for quality and I am pleased to say that they are maintaining this reputation.

Thanks again Mr D Jackson and the team.

David.

Knowing Dave & how tight he is I decided to send my jacket to AP Valves too!

It's a Buddy Slimline Commando about 15 years old & was very 'tired'

I must say I was very impressed with the result.

All the holes were expertly repaired. New corrugated dump hose, valves, buckles & D-rings. A new inner bag, cyclinder strap & just about everything else.

In other words the jacket is effectively new & good for another 15 years abuse.

Total cost?

?45!!!!

This also included the return packing!!!!!

Read it & weep other kit manufacturers...........
