If you get an error message generated at the server you never need to report it. It will be in the logs. It is only local messages, where there is some incompatability running at your end that they don't know about, that need reporting.

Even then I'd let the dust settle before worrying much. 50 messages saying there is a problem doesn't help the guy trying to fix the problem. Well not unless you can say "When we installed this last week we had that one too and you need this paramater increasing..."
