Hi Divers
im just about to buy a large RIB able to carry 8 divers, it will be operating between Lochinver & Cape Wrath(possibly further) , twin 300hp engines so gets to dive site quickly, it will be fully coded & operated by a qualified skipper with many years working & diving locally.

Im trying to gauge the level of interest out thare so please let me know if this would interest you.

Great ,thanks for your post . RIB will be operational from May onwards, their will be a second boat available if needed. Cheers for now.

Is 8 diver capacity a BIG rib - ours takes 8, and seems modest sized?

Depends. Eight with singles is not small but not that big. Eight with twins and stages is big, biggest I have been on took 12 on singles or ten techies

whats the hull matey...
and I, in turn, would be interested in these 300 hp engines, all two of them.

It doesn't double as a delivery system for your special armed forces does it?
