Cave and wreck diving in spains costa blanca

hi does anyone have any info on a good cave diving training in spains costa blanca. i have lived here now for nearly 4 years and have some experience in cavern and a little cave diving, but i need some good training. please help.

also any info on wrecks around the Denia or calpe area would be great. cheers guys.
