To the very best of my knowledge everything is functioning normally at present, we did have a minor outbound glitch a couple of days ago but it's all sorted now. Occasionally emails do go astray, over 25,000 emails to bsac.com are received each day, we do get the occasional false positive on our anti-SPAM system and that may have blocked you.

Sorry about that, please resend, HQ are very good at answering emails (it may take them a few days due to the volumes) and those that do go astray are normally sorted out the second time around.
