Not sure re swollen Ear?Often has crackling Ear noise,feeling of swelling in Ear ,and partial Deafness,as well as the tinnitus(ringing). There are several levels,should get it checked for evidence of perforation of drum and Round window. If not dizzy+++ should be ok to dive in 6-8 weeks. Try Sudafed and very gentle ear clearing. Dont if perforated. will be ok.
