Sorry to bring this old chestnut up again, but I submitted an update for committee changes for Marlin branch 2260 about 3 weeks ago and the previous chairman is still getting communications from BSAC that should now be coming to me. I know Keith fields these issues so Keith, is this change request in the queue for processing or has it gone the way of things that disappear?
Cheers

No problem Graham, please keep bringing up these problems when you find them as unless we know that they are there we can't fix them. I know that HQ will pick up your post (please email them anyway on membership@bsac.com) and hopefully sort it and get back to you.

Keith
we needed some changes done for our club name and to correct our web site address. BSAC were marvelous. One done with 1 day and the other done within 3 days.
'Praise at last' you say
I Like people to know it's not always bad news

Emailed as suggested:-))
Not sure how HQ and the volunteers work, but is there anything in place that clearly identifies root cause of these issues so you can be confident the fix fixes the right problem first time??
I'm not trying to be a smartarse, but if my background in problem management means I can help here, then I will.
Cheers
