This has just come into print in the British Medical Journal.
''A man swimming offshore near Sydney was bitten by a two foot long Wobbegong Shark. When the Shark refused to let go,he swam to shore, walked to his car,and drove to the local surf club with the Shark still attached. On seeing the spectacle,a lifeguard said''there's nothing in our procedure manual for that type of thing''. The swimmer had only puncture wounds and didn't need stiches, but was given prophylactic Antibiotics''. Has anyone got any similar stories to tell?

Hmmm... rather like a UK diver being "savaged" by, oooh, I dunno, say, a dogfish! What a big Jessie :P
One of my dive buddies got an 18" diameter lions mane jellyfish in his face while doing a deco stop in the Clyde, way more serious than this wobbegong incident

True, but I suppose its fun to imagine how the guy must have felt such an idiot walking around with that on his leg.
