Hi All,

just thought I'd say hi and offer public thanks to the members of Bushey & Borehamwood BSAC (456).http://www.busheydivers.org.uk/

I have always thought about diving but just never got around to it, but coming across our local BSAC club (Bushey and Borehamwood), we mentioned our interest and we were invited for a try-dive. Well the try-dive was last night and both my wife and I are hooked...line and sinker!!! We start our training in a couple of weeks, so are shopping for the basics (mask and fins in the next couple of weeks).

I'd just like to say how welcoming the club and instructors made us feel and how much confidence their teaching inspires. For an activity that from the outside appears to be dangerous, we both felt safe and at ease and really enjoyed the freedom, even in a 2m pool.

Many many thanks

Wayne & Caz

congratulations and well done both!!!

hope you find the OD course as rewarding (and perhaps challenging!) as I did...

keep us all up to date with how the trainings going!! Its intersting to hear what other peeps found easy or hard etc... and this forum provides a lot of support and advice from a massive pool of experience!

good luck!
