Can someone tell me what are the green boxes that appear on the right under the poster's details? Oh... and the points system? Doesn't seem to be directly linked to the number of posts. Some people have a large number of posts but only one or two greenies.. others have loads. What's it all about? :(

Its a reputation system. If you look to the right of any post, there are some scales. You can reward the poster by voting positive or negative.

Basically, if you find a particular post helpful, particularly positive etc you can thank the poster by clicking on the scales & giving them a positive vote.

tell that to the prospective 2012 Olympic candidates for the 'Kit up and Bar check' race when we came across a whale shark this summer... ;)

I guess we had so many a couple of years ago we were falling over them, if it's a competition you want :D
