Hi,
I am a keen diver particulalry of coral reefs and as the red sea is only 5 hous awayI am looking to get an apartement ove there near one fo the golf courses and of course a good reef!
I am looking at finding 3 or 4 orther investors who are like minded in this way to discuss how we can each contribute to purchasing an apartement and share out the ownership per year- i see there are a few companeis who can do this but I see no reason why this canīt be done without the need for paying their consultancy fees.
OK so this would be purely an exploratory idea to begin with - for me its all about having an option to go over to the red sea to dive in my own place over their for a certain period of time throughout the year.
