Just wondered what folk have been paying for the odd days diving in the Med/Aegean this summer? The sort of dive when youre on hols with the family and you fancy a days diving, not diving holiday dives where you've booked to do a series over the week.
In Kos it was 59 for the first dive and 30 for a second, (12m and 20m) dives off a boat which I thought was v. expensive and no discount for own kit. Does that sound expensive or am I just being a tight wad?

About 30-35 Euro here if you need full kit rental. Maybe 25 with all your own stuff.

Here in Galicia its between 20 and 25 depending where you want to go.
A typicaly 2 boat dive with air is 52 euros.

in Fethiye, Turkey it was £53 for a day's boat diving. This got you 3 dives, hire of any kit needed and dinner thrown in (and in my case, thrown up later).
Hello
I dived off a boat in North Cyprus for 25 including all the kit hire. That seemed to be the standard price out there. I think your prices are expensive but I guess that's the tourist trap.

More than I paid in Santorini, though that was one boat dive and one shore dive.
best wishes,
Maria
it sounds expensive, but then on Rhodes it was 64 for 2 dives (44 + 20 for a 2nd), no difference if you had your own kit or not.
Looked like a novelty thing (they only dived one place on the Island) so we gave it a miss when we were there.
Judging by the snorkelling and the sad little spearfishing catch, not much to see anyway.

RAFDavieDee,
Where are you? The RAF Akrotiri Club, Branch 107(S), charges 150 membership subs for the year and all diving thereafter is pretty much free (including kit for those that don't have their own) and all air fills. Only charges are for fuel if we use one of our own 2 x 7m ribs, or hard boat fees for getting to the Zen in Larnaca...
If you are still serving out here you should get in touch!
