I have an Aladin Pro Nitrox which has gone into error mode and won't switch of or communicate with the mouse. Simply shows "Err" Any tips please?

Hi Geoff,

i had the same problem with my ultra, locked on logbook screen.

just call scubapro/uwatec uk and they will probably ask you to send it to them and they will format the memory, they did it for me for free.

they told me it was due to me touching the terminals during download to my PC, probably correct i'm always plating with anything electronic and shiney.

My Aladin Pro Nitrox has just done the same. Scubapro claims it's a battery error (mine was still showing 80%). I've sent it to them today and expect is to cost me ?42 for the pleasure :-(

It's been in 'err' mode for two months, so no chance of it getting better on its own.
