Inflator hose on my Seac Sub Pro 2000 BCD has gone belly up. I suspect that it would be easier to replace the whole shebang rather than having it serviced. Anyone know of any UK distributor of their stuff?
Thanks guys.

Service? A BCD? The mind boggles, errrmmmm, sorry 'bout that.
BCDs, unless of the totally convoluted sort such as the Mares what's its face, are eminently serviceable by the average diver who knows which end of a screwdriver is the pointy one.
The hose itself is, or at least should be, a perfectly conventional one available in any LCD worth the name. You then have the highly complicated task of unscrewing the old one out of the 1st Stage (reserve the O Ring as an emergency spare) and screwing the new one in, with the O Ring unlubed, just make sure that the walls it hits are clean, a well washed tea towel will do that trick. Then, provided it doesn't leak in which case you did something wrong, leave the thing severely alone.

Hi
Do you mean the power inflator unit, anyway not a problem the UK dealer for this is :-
BLANDFORD SUB - AQUA LTD
Mark Jenkins
mj @ blandfords.co.uk ( take the spaces out)
Part number is S77620 for the complete unit or S77454 for the inflator.
They didn't have any stock when I contacted them as they have just taken this over.
