Does anyone know what the average age of the BSAC member is and the percentage of men to women members there are?
Thanks.

The average age is 37.887 years, 73.57% of our members are male. Now tell me why you want to know :-)

Absolute figures are published annually in our annual accounts, we do not publish interim and/or running figures. I supply various statistical breakdowns for Council and for HQ so I "know" an awful lot about our membership, or more importantly the trends in membership.
I'm going to call a halt on this Andy, these figures do take me time to compile (the ones above I had instantly to hand) and these "wouldn't it be interesting to know..." requests do take me time that I can better spend on other BSAC systems. Sorry about that.

I guess that's Carte Blanche to just make the numbers up on the spot (apparently 27.3% of statistics are made up anyway ;)
