Emails to @bsac.com addresses - Bounces?

Dear All

We have implemented a new anti-SPAM system (MessageLabs) at the BSAC. I am interested in false positives where it rejects your legitimate message, I have only received one report of this so far. If you think that we are blocking your genuine email then forward me the details and I will look into it.

I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause but the torrent of SPAM to our volunteers (often in excess of 100 SPAM emails per day) was unacceptable and I have had to take action to reduce it. Some false positives are an inevitable consequence of this but I will do whatever I can to minimise the problems.

I happen to have a domain that will probably cause a positive, and a number that shouldn't. This situation will only last for the next 24 hours (guess who's just updated some DNS records...)
