Renew my bsac membership information

Hi

My club recently moved to a single renewal date for bsac memberships and this therefore changed my renewal date. I've updated this in the control panel but it doesn't seem to be been taken into account for providing me with access to the members areas of the forums. Can an admin have a look please?

Hi Mike,

I think you need to speak to the Membership people in HQ as they would correct/update membership information on Integra. This is the database the forum authorisation process checks.

Are you sure your Membership Secretary HAS passed your renewal information to HQ, if Integra isn't updated not only can you not access the member's area of the forum, but the member's area of bsac.com is also off-limits.
