Exmouth, hard boat, minimum qualification Sports Diver. You need to be able to bring enough cylinders on board or enough gas in a twin set to do both dives as there is NOT a compressor on board. On board head and a skipper who asks you if you want a cuppa and a mars bar after every dive!!!!!
http://www.divernet.com/Wrecks/wreck_tours/ is the website for Diver Magazine. Every month they do a “Wreck Tour”. In particular you need to be looking at Wreck tour 21 – The Bretagne, 83 – the Gefion, 34 the Lord Stewart (although maybe not depending on experience, its 27m to deck and 45 to sea bed). This will give you a flavour of the diving available out of Exmouth and the kinds/condition of wrecks we are going to be doing.
Drive down to Exmouth Friday 3rd July, Dive Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Drive back Monday afternoon/evening. We normally aim to be back in harbour to set off home about 2 or 3 pm.
Cost for the boat is £150 for the 3 days. If the boat is full this may include lunch if not we are just covering the cost of the boat charter.
Camping is at http://www.poohcottage.co.uk/touring.asp about 5 miles away from the harbour.
