Is it HW Dover and HW Dover + 6 hours

For Brighton we use slack is an hour before high tide and on low tide.

Hiya!
As far as I know, slack at Newhaven is HW Dover and HW +6 Dover.

Well, it has been when I've dive there, anyway. Had some cracking dives....
