Going to seaskin factory soon (next few weeks) for a made to measure suit :D as I don't trust my own measurments. So for the sake of a few quid in petrol and a few hours on the motorway gonna have a nice new suit. If anybody else is toying with the idea of own measuring versus 'popping' north for a new suit gissa shout. Can pick up M4/M5 severn bridge area.:)
bring a flask:D and a tom jones cd.:D :D

I visited the factory to be measured up. Please Hi to Richard for me.
My three year old Seaskin suit was being used of Brighton today. Very nice too.

Drove from South Wales to be measured and it was worth it - the suit fits perfectly and unlike the ill fitting leaky restrictive pile of **** northern diver its comfortable to wear and dry 15 months on.

Thanks for replies but I made the mistake of trying an o'three 5 mm neo this week. Was amazing cost 200 squids more. Don't mind paying the extra but worried about bouyancy change at depth, extra weight to carry etc, etc. Had my mind made up because of these reasons to buy 3 mm compressed. Would there be much difference? I do intend to be doing deep stuff. Help please:confused:

Oh, and thermal properties at depth.
From what I've seen, the Seaskin and O3 are about the same in quality. The Seaskin is, however, MTM. Should be toasty warm even deep.
